Rob Barrett – Director & Quantity Surveyor
Rob has been an integral part of Mid Glam Decorators Ltd for over 30 years. He began his journey with us as a painter and decorator before moving into the office to take on the role of Contracts Manager.
Today, as a Director and our Quantity Surveyor, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business. He is responsible for pricing projects, preparing tenders, and securing new contracts, ensuring the company continues to grow with accuracy, professionalism, and strong industry insight.
Barrie Williams - Contracts Manager
Barrie has been a key part of Mid Glam Decorators Ltd for almost 25 years. He began his career with us as a painter and decorator before progressing into management, taking over the role of Contracts Manager from Rob several years ago.
With decades of hands‑on experience and deep knowledge of the trade, Barrie oversees the smooth delivery of our projects, ensuring all works run efficiently, safely, and in line with the agreed schedule. His attention to detail and commitment to quality play a vital role in keeping our operations running seamlessly.
Lisa Thraves – Director & Company Secretary
Lisa has been a valued member of Mid Glam Decorators Ltd for almost 30 years. As a Director and Company Secretary, she plays a central role in the smooth running of the business.
She manages our accounts, oversees payroll, and handles all administrative responsibilities within the company. Lisa is responsible for the day‑to‑day financial management of Mid Glam Decorators, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the efficient operation of our internal processes.
